Health and Safety

Our commitment to excellence naturally extends to providing a safe and healthy working environment for staff, partners and customers.

Rigid safety training and thorough risk assessments are undertaken as part of every project; safeguarding the people for whom the business has a duty of care. Such an important aspect of the company’s activities can never be the sole responsibility of one person so everyone at Vascroft is fully aware of their responsibilities, sharing the belief that putting safety first is an essential consideration every time they go to work.

The Environment

Environmental issues are a continuing concern. With reductions in wastage, sustainability and recycling firmly in mind, the business continues to protect and preserve the environment whenever possible.  We work hard to recognise the needs of our clients, their neighbours and of future generations.

When planning, we carefully consider our products durability and we always look for sustainable solutions. Every year we recycle on average 4,000 sacks of paper, 55 skip loads of wood, and 25 skips of metal!
