Formerly a petrol station, Universal House is Vascroft’s latest award winning development, on behalf of the Universal Properties, gaining acclaim from the NHBC for excellent site management in 2006.

Costing £6.2m and creating 38 residential apartments as well as ten ground floor retail units, the project has involved significant site excavation, the building of a basement, ground floor and a four storey steel framed building, dressed at the front with impressive glass curtain walling.
