Eco-friendly developments are gaining in popularity and play an increasingly important role in Vascroft’s portfolio. A prime current example of the trend is Vascroft’s work on Woronzow Road, where an impressive £3.1m residential development is nearing completion.
Like a phoenix rising from the flames, this architect designed two storey luxury house, complete with swimming pool in the newly excavated two level basement, solar panels and electricity generating tiles on the roof and geothermal sources for the property’s water and heating requirements, is taking the place of a 1960’s period detached residence.
