Holiday Inn Express Earls Court

This Hotel project was a very fast-moving extension of an existing hotel to increase the current capacity by 50 en-suite bedrooms including 6 disabled rooms, separate reception, plant rooms, high-level canopy. The design and build project was completed to the exacting requirements to meet IHG brand standards. The construction involved a podium structure with car parks underneath. Due to the confined spaces of this build, many aspects of the structure were manufactured offsite such as met slip structure, bathroom pods, pre-cast concrete stairs. The co-ordination and installation of these off-site structures were meticulously managed by our site management to meet the speedy requirement of this project delivered on time and on budget.
