The project consists of the alteration and extension of a former hotel to form a 300 bedroom Express By Holiday Inn Heathrow Hotel, in two phases at 574 London Road, Slough, Berkshire SL3 8QB.

Phase 1 consists of the demolition of two existing houses and design, construction and full fit out of 124-ensuite-bedroom extension with basement plant room. New entrance with canopy, reception, bar, breakfast room, buffet bar, staff changing and meeting rooms are to be created at ground floor with underground car parking to the rear.

Phase 2 consists of strip out and demolition of sides of existing 124 bedroom hotel and design, construction, alterations, extension and full fit out of to create 176 ensuite bedrooms with shell only construction of employer’s privately run restaurant and associated kitchen.
