Contracts Team

Reporting directly to the Technical Director, collectively our Contracts Team has over 70 years’ experience. They are responsible for project liaison between the site team, head office and external design team. We have a dedicated planning team responsible
for the over all project planning and technical co-ordination. Split into special and major projects, contract managers are assigned to each to ensure smooth progression. Technically aware and highly-qualified, our contracts team ensures programmes remain on track and keep all parties aware of the project schedule.
