Trevor Place

The development involved alteration & refurbishment works to existing building at 14 Trevor Place, Knightsbridge, London. This building was built somewhere in mid-18^th century and forms the southern bookend of a terrace of houses. The proposal in the scope of works is to completely refurbish the whole building to include lowering the basement and extending the building at the rear garden. The property consists of a basement, ground, first, second and attic storey in the roof space.

The project was developed to convert and form high quality residence conforming to current regulations with all the associated electrical and mechanical services and other alterations to conform to the present requirements.
