The project consisted of retention of the existing property front façade, side walls and the extension of the existing basement in depth and plan. This was from the existing front wall to the rear boundary of Primrose Hill Park. The residential dwelling was constructed in the 1900’s, when the north part of Primrose Hill Park was developed; it has four storeys that include a partial basement and an attic storey within the roof space.

The works consist of deepening and extending the existing basement to accommodate a luxurious basement swimming pool with sauna and changing facilities, accompanied by a bespoke waterfall feature. The basement  further accommodates a feature spiral wine cellar within the reception, cinema room, games room and utility room. 

The spacious residential dwelling boasts six private bedrooms, en suites and personal dressing rooms. A passenger lift serves all floors of the property with ease of mobility along with a bespoke cantilevered stone cladded spiral staircase. The external works consisted of a lower terrace courtyard and balcony with associated glazing features and a creative landscaping design.
