This residential development consisted of the refurbishment and conversion of an existing office building into 57 self-contained 1 bedroom flats.

There is also a new extension to the third floor for additional 9 self-contained 2 bedroom flats. The existing building was a large office building laid out over three floors with a total floor area of approximately 27,000sqft.

The property is located on the corner of Blyth Road, Clayton Road and Trevor Road within walking distance to Hayes Town Centre and Hayes & Harlington train station.

The works included the removal and replacement of existing roof finishes, form underground drainage, internal partitions, service risers to create 1 and 2 bedroom flats with kitchens, well laid out bedroom and living space and 3 piece washroom with standard finishes.

Other works included extensive mechanical and electrical services to match with current regulations and also a new passenger lift to serve all floors.

This building has car parking space for all the flats and also parking bays for visitors. Electronic door entry system and CCTV was installed for added security for the residents.
