I’m very pleased to report that Vascroft have produced a very good façade refurbishment project for us at Harrow. This project involved the replacement of cladding which had incorrect insulation and missing fire breaks. Vascroft won the contract at competitive tender and have been able to keep to both budget and timetable. There have been additional works identified along the way and we have agreed these variations easily. The project is due to be partially grant funded by the BSF which means there has been extra level of scrutiny. Also, our Bank’s monitoring surveyor has been sufficiently impressed to invite Vascroft on to a tender list for another project that they are involved with. We have no hesitation in recommending Vascroft’s Know-how and capability to deliver complex façade refurbishment and rectification projects to any potential developers.

The Vascroft construction team on site office and HQ were collaborative to work with on the Bloomsbury project, London WC1. The construction was planned, organised, scheduled. A combined & united effort amongst consultants : Vascroft Construction /Sub contractors / Quantity surveyor / Architect / Structural Engineer / M&E /Acoustics / Fire help deliver the project. The Site Manager’s experience was valuable to the project requirements. Challenges were met with a clear strategy. A united problem solving approach to project management. QS monthly Inspections with Vascroft’s Team were conducted in a timely fashion & manner. Vascroft continue to build on their historic experience and knowledge of Bloomsbury.

Working with Vascroft, on our Head office renovations project, they have truly delivered an extremely high-quality finish, along with great service. The attention to detail and care reflects the years of experience that the Vascroft team brings with them and the partnership approach in delivering our vision for the project.
