Universal House

Formerly a petrol station, Universal House is Vascroft’s latest award winning development, on behalf of the Universal Properties, gaining acclaim from the NHBC for excellent site management in 2006.

Costing 6.2m and creating 38 residential apartments as well as 10 ground floor retail units, the project has involved significant site excavation, the building of a basement, ground floor and a 4-storey steel framed building, dressed at the front with impressive glass curtain walling.
