Vascroft commenced works April 2024 on the refurbishment and construction of the Crown plaza Hotel Gerrards Cross Buckinghamshire.

The scope of works include the design and construction of a subterranean basement extension (shell completion) with a new green roof to the rear of the existing property to create an additional 41 ground floor guest bedrooms. Additional alterations works to the existing access road for service vehicles and associated landscaping will follow.
