Who we are

Our address and contact details are on our website.

How we collect personal data
Most of the personal data we process is provided to us directly by our customers or people we are corresponding with in connection with an existing or potential customer’s project. We typically do this through our website, by email, by telephone, text or instant messaging, or in person.

We may sometimes receive personal data indirectly, for example corporate credit reference checks undertaken on corporate clients.

This personal data typically includes names, addresses, contact details, and financial information such as publicly available financial statements and data that would be expected in a credit reference report such as credit score, shareholders of a corporate customer, etc. Due to the nature of our business, we do not typically collect detailed personal data. We do not collect special categories of personal data or criminal offences data.

Our website uses cookies to distinguish you from other users of our website. This helps us to provide you with a good experience when you browse our website and also allows us to improve our site.

How we use, share and store personal data
We are a construction company.

We use personal data in order to identify and communicate with our customers regarding their project, respond to enquiries, and correspond with other individuals or organisations as is necessary to provide our services.

Our lawful basis for doing so is that the processing is necessary to pursue our legitimate business interests in providing services to our customers, responding to enquiries, and otherwise operating our business.

We will typically share personal data with other individuals or organisations involved in a customer’s project, as is necessary to provide our services, for example architects, quantity surveyors, inspectors, suppliers and sub-contractors. This is solely for the purpose of delivering the services.

We may share personal data with our lawyers, accountants and auditors in the normal course of our business or in the event of a legal dispute. We may share personal data with regulatory or tax authorities, where necessary for regulatory or tax purposes.

We do not typically share personal data with third parties for any other purposes, unless we have permission or are legally required to do so. We do not use or share our customers’ personal data for marketing purposes or undertake automated decision-making or profiling.

We store personal data securely within the UK. We do not typically transfer personal data outside of the UK, but should this be necessary (for example due to the location of a customer) we ensure we do so securely and lawfully.

We do not store your personal data longer than is needed for the above purposes. For legal reasons, typically we will retain records of a customers’ project for at least 6 years, but this may vary depending on the project.
