About the project

Completed in summer 2017, Hornbeams and Canons Close comprised a prestigious turnkey project delivered by Vascroft in the heart of Hampstead’s exclusive Bishops Avenue. The development created four luxurious residential dwellings behind an imposing and elegant classic façade.

Elliot House, Canons Close 1 is a stunning new-build dwelling of five high-end apartments. Surrounded by mature trees and exquisitely landscaped gardens, the property welcomes residents with an impressive entrance portico. Expansive windows and thoughtfully designed layouts flood each apartment with natural light, complemented by spa and fitness facilities including a gym, pool, sauna, and steam rooms.

Wells House, Canons Close 2 is a four-storey single residence with a basement swimming pool and a state-of-the-art cinema suite. Bespoke joinery, tall atriums, and selected Italian marble finishes create an ambience of opulence, while each bedroom features luxury walk-in wardrobes and a designer kitchen.

Huxley & Wickham Houses, Hornbeams A & B are two-storey detached homes, each with a basement spa, swimming pool, cinema suite, and green roof terrace. Advanced audio-visual systems and discreet M&E plant rooms were seamlessly integrated without compromising living space.
