About the project

Located in the popular coastal resort of Bournemouth, the works at Mercury House were delivered to provide lasting benefit to the local community and student population. This design and build project involved the conversion of an existing office building into high-quality student accommodation.

Situated just 10 minutes’ walk from Bournemouth University and The Arts University Bournemouth, the development comprises 149 ultra-modern student flats, each stylishly designed with integrated storage, a kitchenette, breakfast bar, en-suite bathroom, and a spacious study area.

Vascroft is proud to have completed this project in under 40 weeks, ensuring the new accommodation was ready in time for the annual student intake. The scheme reflects our commitment to delivering projects efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of finish and functionality.
