About the project

The project involves reconfiguring the basement and all five floors of living space to create an opulent, contemporary environment while preserving the building’s historic character.

Works include the integration of high-end specifications and premium finishes throughout, ensuring each room achieves a sophisticated ambience. As part of the transformation, Vascroft is constructing a striking glass bridge to provide an external link between the main house and the first-floor terrace.

The terrace itself is being reconfigured to accommodate plant and machinery, combining practicality with elegant design.
