Located just a stone’s throw from London’s vibrant Piccadilly Circus, this project involved the transformation of an existing commercial building into a dynamic mixed-use development. The works included converting the lower floors into high-quality retail space and creating 22 luxury apartments, comprising a mix of one, two, and three-bedroom units—each designed with its own distinctive layout and character.
About the project
To achieve this, Vascroft constructed a two-storey steel frame extension, providing additional space for the residential units while integrating Class A1 retail and Class A3 restaurant areas at street level. The project exemplifies Vascroft’s commitment to delivering sophisticated living and commercial environments in prime central London locations.
