About the project

Previously known as the De Vere Park Hotel, this project was completed in March 2002. Originally designed as a 72-unit serviced apartment block for corporate rentals, the property was transformed into a five-star boutique hotel in the heart of Kensington.

The hotel offers 67 rooms and suites, many with exceptional views over Hyde Park and Kensington Palace. As the building is listed, all refurbishment works were carried out internally while retaining the original façade.

New floors were constructed individually, including connections to No.3 De Vere Gardens at basement level and the third and fourth floors.

Bespoke joinery was manufactured, supplied, and installed as part of the contract services, contributing to the venue’s refined atmosphere. The Baglioni Hotel now stands as a five-star destination showcasing deluxe Italian style and design.
