Vascroft completed a magnificent spiritual haven, Hindu temple, in West London. The project involved demolition of the existing temple building. Reconstruction of a new temple on the first floor with ancillary rooms for meeting, priest quarters, stores, communal toilets. The ground floor comprises of a commercial kitchen, offices and delivery storage facilities and the basement for the Mechanical and electrical plant rooms with innovative underground drainage solutions.
About the project
The construction involved in a steel structured framework cladded with rendered brickwork and GRC mouldings imported from India. The external car park and landscaping was all part of the works, to create a high quality finished spiritual building splendour of peace and tranquillity to serve the community.
