Environment and Sustainability

At Vascroft, sustainability is integral to how we build. We actively minimise environmental impact through sustainable design, efficient construction, and recycling over 96% of site waste annually.

With ISO 14001 accreditation and eco-conscious planning across all sectors, we prioritise energy efficiency, low-waste materials, and future-ready solutions—protecting the environment for the communities we serve today and for generations to come.

Health and Safety

Our commitment to excellence naturally extends to providing a safe and healthy working environment for staff, partners and customers.

Rigid safety training and thorough risk assessment processes are undertaken as part of every project; safeguarding the people for whom the business has a duty of care. Such an important aspect of the company’s activities can never be the sole responsibility of one person so everyone at Vascroft is fully aware of their responsibilities, sharing the belief that putting safety first is an essential consideration every time they go to work, hence the commitment for continuous training of all throughout the organisation.

Our Health and Safety team liaise with Clients, Principal Designers, Consultants and Contractors when undertaking work encompassed by the Construction (Design & Management) Regulations 2015. The team is continuously looking at ways to develop effective management of health and safety procedures ensuring Vascroft remain up to date and exceed industry standard.
