“Starting off at Vascroft as an Apprentice Quantity Surveyor with little to no experience/knowledge in the construction industry, was initially very daunting. Nonetheless, I am now completing my 3rd out of 5th year at university due to the immense support and faith that Vascroft have shown during this time which most definitely doesn’t shy away from the ‘family’ value of the company. Luckily, I have had the opportunity to widen my experience in many different aspects in construction ranging from pre-contract to procurement to construction stage to post contract which is now being implemented on my 4th project with Vascroft.”
