About the project

This cash and carry project demonstrates Vascroft’s capability to deliver complex builds across diverse sectors. The works involved the complete demolition of an existing warehouse and the construction of a new 6,900 sq m facility featuring a structural steel frame and an externally clad envelope.

Internally, a new mezzanine floor was created to accommodate staff welfare facilities, office space, a tobacco sales area, and a cash office.

To support the client’s sustainability goals, the entire roof was fitted with solar panels, enabling the project to achieve a BREEAM “Excellent” rating.

This development reflects Vascroft’s dedication to delivering high-quality, energy-efficient buildings that meet the evolving needs of modern commercial operations.
