About the project

Vascroft successfully completed the construction of a substantial commercial warehouse unit at Comben House, Merseyside Liverpool, for Dhamecha Liverpool in summer 2024. The 7,590 sqm development began with the complete demolition of existing warehouses, followed by a complex programme of enabling works, including the removal of concrete tanks, piling operations, and diversion of groundwork services.

The construction incorporated brickwork and structural steel cladding, a timber joist roof structure with cladding, and a siphonic drainage system to ensure efficient rainwater management.

In addition, an adjacent 108 sqm welfare block was built to provide high-quality staff facilities. Soft and hard landscaping was completed around the perimeter of the building to create car parking and enhance the site’s functionality and appearance.

This project reflects Vascroft’s commitment to delivering large-scale commercial schemes to the highest standards of quality and safety.
