About the project

This project involved the demolition of an existing petrol station and the construction of 31 new self-contained residential dwellings for a Social Housing Association.

Located in a busy residential and commercial area, the works were carefully managed to minimise disruption to neighbouring properties.

Given the site’s proximity to an adjacent underground line (at surface level), continuous liaison with London Underground Authorities was essential to coordinate and safely deliver all major construction activities. The development also incorporated a green roof with solar panels, supporting sustainability targets and enhancing the building’s environmental performance.
