About the project

This project involved the redesign and refurbishment of a four-storey office building to create a modern medical centre.The development incorporated both office and clinical spaces, along with a new stair core, lift installation, upgraded common areas, and full integration of utilities and access systems.

The result is a high-quality facility combining professional workspaces with contemporary medical treatment areas, delivered to meet stringent regulatory standards.

Vascroft recently finalized a complete renovation and rebuild project on a large 4 story building in central Richmond.

The Parkshot Medical Practice now delivers primary care services to over 11500 patients in the local community, from a wonderful modern state of the art healthcare Centre.

We worked very closely with them over a 6-month period under huge pressure and managed to open our doors to patients on schedule. They then continued to offer support and advice to the practice so that any “settling in” problems we experienced, were quickly and effectively resolved
