Located in the affluent area of Mayfair in London’s West End, The Biltmore Hotel (formerly the Millennium Hotel) features a classic red brick façade overlooking Grosvenor Square. Vascroft undertook substantial works to transform the property into a 323-bed, five-star luxury hotel.
The project involved the complete refurbishment and fit-out of all areas, including front-of-house spaces, the ballroom, and extensive back-of-house facilities.
Additionally, a new alfresco area was created at the rear of the hotel to enhance guest experience.
