About the project

Formerly a petrol station, Universal House is Vascroft’s award-winning development delivered on behalf of Universal Properties, earning acclaim from the NHBC for excellent site management in 2006. The £6.2 million project created 38 residential apartments and 10 ground-floor retail units.

Works involved extensive site excavation and the construction of a basement, ground floor, and a four-storey steel-framed structure. The building is distinguished by its impressive glass curtain walling to the front elevation, combining contemporary architecture with high-quality finishes.
