About the project

This 22,000 sq ft project involved the extensive refurbishment of a super-prime residence in Mayfair, with only the façades of the main house and the mews house retained. A two-level basement was constructed across the entire footprint, providing an exceptional array of luxury amenities including spa facilities, a beauty salon, a state-of-the-art gym, a cinema with its own candy bar, a cigar room, and a wine cellar finished with leather panelled walls. The basement also accommodates plant rooms and staff quarters.

A two-storey link structure was created between the main house and the mews house, formed with contiguous piled perimeter walls to house swimming and spa pools at basement level.

This structure was further adapted to create an open-plan winter garden at ground floor level.

The finishes throughout were of the highest calibre, featuring bespoke joinery, high-end marble, premium sanitaryware, elegant flooring, and luxury soft furnishings.

Every element was meticulously crafted to reflect the client’s vision of a beautiful, sophisticated home.
