Chancery Quarters is an exciting boutique development set on the historic Chancery Lane. The project involved the transformation of former office space into 35 luxury apartments, including two exclusive penthouses with private gardens and a rooftop extension. The scheme incorporated new electrical and mechanical installations alongside state-of-the-art audiovisual systems to create contemporary homes of the highest standard.
About the project
At ground level, the development includes three retail units within a beautifully preserved listed façade, seamlessly blending heritage character with modern design. Vascroft’s meticulous attention to detail and commitment to sustainable construction enabled the project to achieve BREEAM Excellent ratings across all aspects of delivery.
