Vascroft has successfully completed the refurbishment of Crowne Plaza Gerrards Cross.

The project included the design and construction of a subterranean basement extension, which was completed at a shell stage, along with the addition of a green roof at the rear of the existing property. This extension has created 41 new ground floor guest bedrooms. Furthermore, alterations were made to the existing access road for service vehicles, as well as associated landscaping work.
