In July 2026, Vascroft completed the major refurbishment of The Imperial hotel in Bloomsbury, delivering its transformation into a 357-room deluxe lifestyle hotel and new flagship for the family-owned group. Serving as principal contractor, Vascroft carried out full design and construction works, including structural alterations, façade upgrades, room fit-outs, and enhanced circulation spaces. The revitalised property now features a new wellness area, a roof terrace, and a rooftop bar with panoramic views of London.
