Vascroft commenced works in March 2025 to redevelop the existing office space at Bridewell Place in the City of London into a 156-bedroom Hotel Moxy by Marriott.
The project scope includes the partial demolition of the existing office building, re-cladding of the façades, and extension works to construct two additional floors of accommodation.
Sustainable plant and equipment will be installed throughout to improve energy performance and operational efficiency. A sustainable green roof and extensive external landscaping will be delivered as part of the development’s commitment to environmental responsibility, supporting biodiversity and enhancing the local urban habitat.
