About the project

Vascroft took pride in completing this 12-week fast-track project at one of the world’s most iconic luxury 5-star hotels, located in the prestigious Mayfair area of Central London. Appointed to refurbish the Grand Ballroom and the lobby area, the works were delivered to the highest standards in line with the Dorchester’s brand expectations—all within a demanding timeframe.

The project involved the installation of new chandeliers, wall lights, and dimming controls; new flooring; artisan ceiling painting in the ballroom and overflow areas; replacement of furnishings and mirrors; and the upgrade and reconfiguration of public toilets and entrance areas.

Client satisfaction was achieved thanks to Vascroft’s ability to coordinate seamlessly with the Dorchester’s events programme and deliver an exceptional finish on time and within budget. The project showcases the team’s professional expertise and commitment to quality under pressure.
