About the project

Completed in January 2009, this large, luxurious family home is situated in one of Belgravia’s most prestigious neighbourhoods. Delivered to exacting standards, the transformation of this listed property tested Vascroft’s new build and refurbishment expertise to the highest level.

The project involved substantial structural alterations, including extensive underpinning to create a sub-basement housing a swimming pool, gym, steam room, wine cellar, media room, and a sophisticated two-tier mechanical and electrical plant room.

A significant rear extension and a beautifully designed courtyard area were also created, enhancing both the functionality and elegance of the home.

Working closely with the client’s design and development team, Vascroft ensured every element reflected uncompromising quality and the vision for a truly exceptional residence.
