About the project

Vascroft is proud to have played a key role across multiple construction phases of the former Great Western Railway Hotel, now known as the Hilton Paddington. The initial works included the full refurbishment of all 363 existing bedrooms, extensive upgrades to public areas, and internal demolition works as part of Phase 1.

More recent phases involved the reconfiguration, alteration, and refurbishment of an adjacent office block to create a substantial extension to the hotel.

This delivered an additional 56 premium luxury bedrooms over six floors, complete with executive suites and an exclusive lounge.

This long-standing partnership, spanning over 20 years, is a testament to Vascroft’s consistent quality, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering projects that exceed client expectations.
