Trident Point

Works progressing well on the Facade rectification at Trident point, Harrow. The team take pride in ensuring that all current building fire acoustic regulations are being met and the safety of the residence is of paramount importance during the process of this build. Logistically challenging project positioned on an arterial route through Harrow Middlesex as well as adjacent to the TFL network.

The project involves removal of all non-combustible’ materials from the properties elevations which includes, the existing timber cladding, the Aluminium Composite Material (ACM) trespass panels, the balcony timber decking, and the phenolic insulation behind the brickwork and render.

The facade rectification works include the review and installation of new cavity barriers and window door cavity barriers throughout the property. Re-install the cladding with new A1 rated cladding panels, new timber effect fire rated cladding and new balcony decking.

The property comprises a 9 storey building with a Morrisons supermarket to the ground first and second floors and residential flats to the floors above. The property has a basement carpark. The property was built in 2012 with reinforced concrete frame on piled foundation, with a combination of brickwork / render and ACM cladding panels.
