To celebrate National Apprenticeship Week, Vascroft collaborated with @CIoB, the University of East London, Westminster University and Kingston University.
Our site engineering team welcomed students from construction-related courses, giving them a firsthand look at the practical and theoretical aspects of a live construction site. They walked through the entire process, from initial design to installation, gaining insights into the various trades involved in building a 300+ room hotel.
By sharing our expertise, we aim to inspire the next generation of construction professionals and address the industry’s skills gap, ensuring the preservation of core construction skills.
